Delivery & Returns

At Serenity Hair Health & Well-Being, we craft 100% natural, multi-use products designed to support your hair, scalp, skin, and emotional wellbeing.

We take great care in creating and packaging every order. Please read our returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened oils, balms, scrubs, salts, or cleansers.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Sensitivity & Patch Testing

Our products contain pure essential oils and active natural ingredients.

If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend conducting a patch test 24 hours before full use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and contact us for guidance.
